SQUIB-BOX is an artist collective and netlabel dedicated to the production and dissemination of radical and avant-garde music, regardless of its genre.
Founded in 2010 by Adam de la Cour, Neil Luck and Federico Reuben , squib-box has organised and performed at live events around the UK, with a variety of leading musicians, artists and performers from a range of disciplines.
CRAM is a music collective and independent record label, formed in 2011 by Benedict Taylor. It is focused on the promotion and development of improvised and new music. It is made up of musicians & artists at the forefront of the UK and European improvising & new music community.
CHIHIRO ONO
Born in Japan, CHIHIRO ONO is a a London based violinist and violist. Her repertoire extends from Baroque and period performance to Classical, Contemporary Music, Improvisation, Experimental Performance and Noise.

As chamber musical, and soloist she has performed at festivals and venues throughout the world such as Suntory and Oji Halls (Tokyo), the Wigmore Hall, South Bank and Barbican centre, Kings Place (London), Schoenberg Centre (Wien), Frankfurt Alte Oper, Philharmonic Essen, Philharmonie Koln, Berlin Philharmonie ( Germany), Teatro Coliseo (Buenos Aires), Prussia Cove Open Chamber music, Salzburg Festival (Austria), Sacrum+profanum (Poland), Donauenschinger Musiktag (Germany) and worked with artists such as Beat Furrer, Peter Eotvos, Friedrich Cerha, Johannes Kalizke, Peter Ablinger, Brain Ferneyhough, Helmut Lachenmann, Steve Reich, Ensemble Modern (Germany), ARCO (London)
Described by The Wire magazine as the most exciting trombone player for years, SARAH GAIL BRAND has recorded and performed on the international Jazz and Improvised Music since the early 1990s with Mark Sanders, John Edwards, Martin Hathaway, Billy Jenkins, Elton Dean, Evan Parker, Phil Minton, Lol Coxhill, Alexander Hawkins, Maggie Nicols, Rachel Musson, Wadada Leo Smith, Jason Yarde, Steve Beresford and countless others. She appears in Stewart Lee’s Comedy Vehicle, series 1 & 2 (BBC TV) and with Stewart in the 2014 documentary film Taking the Dog for a Walk.
STEVE BERESFORD has been a central figure in the British improvising scene for over thirty years, working with the likes of Derek Bailey, Evan Parker, Han Bennink, Christian Marclay and, of course, Alterations.
Steve has worked with hundreds of people, including The Slits, Stewart Lee, Ivor Cutler, Prince Far-I, Alan Hacker, Ray Davies, Ilan Volkov, The Flying Lizards, Otomo Yoshihide, The Portsmouth Sinfonia and John Zorn.
He has an extensive discography as performer, arranger, composer and producer, and was was awarded a Paul Hamlyn award for composers in 2012.
